Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy is intended to illustrate the types and categories of cookies, the purposes and methods of use of cookies by the owner of this website, as well as to provide information to users about the actions to refuse or delete the cookies present on this site.
This Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy that can be consulted from the link at the bottom visible when opening the site. The user may exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, by writing to the email address in the "Contacts" section, while to change the cookie settings you may proceed by following the instructions in this Cookie Policy.
The user can express his/her consent to the use of cookies by continuing to browse the Site, or by scrolling, clicking on one of the internal links on the site pages, or by clicking on the “OK” button in the brief notice visible (at the bottom) each time the user first accesses the Site, as provided for by the provision of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (n. 229 of 8 May 2014).
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are computer files or partial data that can be saved on your computer (or other devices enabled for internet browsing, for example smartphones or tablets) when you visit a Site. Usually a cookie contains the name of the website from which the cookie itself comes, the "lifetime" of the cookie (i.e. how long it will remain on your device), and a value, which is usually a randomly generated unique number.
TYPES OF COOKIES
Two types of cookies may be used on the sites: ' session cookies ' and ' persistent cookies '.
• session cookies : these are temporary cookies that remain on your device until you leave the site.
• persistent cookies : these are cookies that remain on your device for much longer or until you manually delete them (how long the cookie remains on your device will depend on the 'lifetime' of the cookie in question and your browser settings).
Some of the pages you visit may also collect information through 'pixel tags' (also known as 'clear gifs') that may be shared with third parties who directly assist with promotional activities and website development. For example, information about the use of websites relating to people who visit the sites may be shared with advertising agencies to optimally target advertising banners on websites.
Another subdivision of the type of Cookies - indicated by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data - is between Technical Cookies, Profiling Cookies, First-party Cookies, Third-party Cookies.
• Technical Cookies : these are cookies that are used to perform navigation or to provide a service requested by the user. They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner of the website. Without the use of these cookies, some operations could not be performed or would be more complex and/or less secure, such as home banking activities (viewing the account statement, bank transfers, paying bills, etc.), for which cookies, which allow the user to be identified and maintained during the session, are essential.
• Profiling Cookies : these are cookies used to track the user's browsing on the internet and create profiles on their tastes, habits, choices, etc. These cookies can be used to send advertising messages to the user's terminal in line with the preferences already expressed by the user during online browsing.
• First-party cookies, i.e. cookies generated and managed directly by the manager of the website on which the user is browsing.
• Third-party cookies , which are generated and managed by parties other than the manager of the website on which the user is browsing (usually pursuant to a contract between the owner of the website and the third party)
COOKIES USED
The site uses "technical cookies" as identified by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data with Provision of 8 May 2014, i.e. those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication on an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the contractor or user to provide such service" (see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).
The site therefore uses:
1. navigation or session cookies, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, authentication to access restricted areas);
2. analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site;
3. functional cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, language) in order to improve the service provided to the user.
THIRD PARTY COOKIES
When a user uses the site, it is possible that some cookies are stored that are not controlled by the owner of this site. This happens, for example, if the user visits a page that contains content from a third-party website. As a result, the user will receive cookies from these third-party services. On third-party cookies, the owner of this site Nast does not have control over the information provided by the cookie and does not have access to such data. This information is totally controlled by third-party companies as described in their respective privacy policies.
The following list shows the third-party cookies present on this site. The latter fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the third-party manager and are divided into the following macro-categories:
• Analytical: these are cookies used to collect and analyse statistical information on accesses/visits to the website. In some cases, associated with other information such as the credentials entered to access restricted areas (your email address and password), they can be used to profile the user (personal habits, sites visited, content downloaded, types of interactions carried out, etc.).
• Widgets. This category includes all those graphic components of a program's user interface, which have the purpose of facilitating the user's interaction with the program itself (for example, widgets include Facebook, Google+, Twitter, YouTube cookies).
• Advertising. This category includes cookies used to provide advertising services within a site.
If the user does not wish to receive third-party cookies on his/her device, he/she may, through the links below, access the information and consent forms of said third parties and exclude their receipt by modifying the settings.

CHECK OR DELETE COOKIES
The user can block or limit the reception of cookies through the options of his/her browser.
Most internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies automatically. This means that the user can, at any time, set the browser to accept all cookies, only some, or to refuse them, disabling their use by the site. Furthermore, the user can normally set the browser preferences in such a way as to be notified each time a cookie is stored on your computer. Finally, at the end of each browsing session, the collected cookies can be deleted from the hard disk of the device. If the user wants to delete the cookies installed in the cookie folder of the browser used, it should be remembered that each browser has different procedures for managing the settings.
In Internet Explorer , click on the “Tools” item in the Menu Bar and then on the “Internet Options” sub-item. Finally, access the settings on the “Privacy” tab to change your cookie preferences.
On Firefox , click on the “Tools” item in the Menu Bar and then on the “Options” sub-item. Finally, access the “Privacy” settings to change your cookie preferences.
In Chrome , type “chrome://settings/content” in the address bar (without quotes) and change the cookie settings as desired.
In Safari , select “Preferences” and then choose “Privacy”. In the Block Cookies section, specify how Safari should accept cookies from websites.
If you use Safari on portable devices , such as iPhone and iPad, you need to do this: go to the “settings” item on the device and then find “Safari” on the left menu. From here, under the “Privacy and security” item, you can manage the options on Cookies.
