The offers and sale of products on the website www.mysezioneaurea.it are governed by these Conditions of Sale, valid for each proposal, order and confirmation of purchase order of the products. The confirmation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these conditions of sale.

TIMES AND PRICES

Purchasing methods. Before sending the purchase order, the customer is required to read the general conditions. Sending the order implies their automatic acceptance. The customer purchases the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the relevant sheets, at the indicated price and to which any shipping costs are added as reported on the website. Before confirming the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product will be summarized, the total cost in the case of purchasing multiple products, the cost of additional expenses based on the type of payment selected and the amount of any shipping costs. Once the purchase order has been confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of the order, containing all the information on the products purchased, the detailed indication of the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes and means of payment and information on the right of withdrawal. With the sending of the confirmation email, the purchase contract is considered concluded and formalized. mysezioneAUREA reserves the right not to accept or process orders that are incomplete or missing essential data.

Delivery times and methods. mysezioneAUREA will deliver the products selected and ordered by the Customer using the methods described in the previous article via GLS, SDA, TNT or similar courier. Delivery times, in accordance with art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, are on average 3 days and are not more than 30 days from the day following the day of transmission of the order. The purchase receipt will be sent by email to the Customer, using the data entered by the Customer during registration on the website.

Prices and product details. All sales prices of the Products on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT and any other tax. Any promotions are to be considered valid only for the online store. The prices applied are those indicated on the Website at the time of the purchase order by the Customer. The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. The images of the products are for illustrative purposes only.

PAYMENT METHODS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PAYMENTS

mysezioneAUREA allows purchase with:

Advance Bank Transfer: the customer can make the transfer to the current account in the name of TATI SRL, the company that owns the mysezioneAUREA brand. The bank details will be provided to you via email once the order has been sent. The goods will be shipped after TATI SRL has received the transfer. In the reason for the transfer, in order to speed up the tracking of the payment and the processing of the order, the customer is asked to indicate the order number communicated via email. The customer is asked to send the transfer within 3 days of the order or it will be cancelled . There is no additional charge.

Paypal: the customer can make the payment through the Paypal circuit, using their personal Paypal account or choosing not to register for the Paypal service. In the event that the payment is not made within 2 days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and mysezioneAUREA, the order will be cancelled without notice. With the Paypal system it is also possible to pay with Visa and MasterCard credit cards . There is no additional charge.

TRANSPORT

The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of the buyer: mysezioneAUREA will therefore not be responsible for any delays or damages resulting from transport. In the event that the package arrives visibly damaged , collect the package by signing with reservation , otherwise it will not be possible to request any refund. In the event of a refusal of the package, mysezioneAUREA can request the customer to pay the full amount of shipping costs and the cost incurred for returning the package to the sender. The delivery terms indicated by mysezioneAUREA refer to the products in stock and are to be considered non-binding as they can be modified by mysezioneAUREA in the event of actual needs. mysezioneAUREA reserves the right to deliver the products relating to the same order in multiple deliveries without further charges to the customer. Special delivery conditions and terms must be agreed in advance via e-mail or telephone between the Customer and mysezioneAUREA and accepted by both parties. Any special offers or promotions proposed by mysezioneAUREA are valid until their expiry or until the products covered by the promotion run out.

SHIPPING

For shipments in Italy mysezioneAUREA requires a contribution of € 4.90 VAT included for orders up to 49.90 euros . From 49.91 euros onwards shipping costs are free . The promotion is valid only for purchases in Italy .

For shipments to Sardinia and the smaller islands mysezioneAUREA requires a contribution of € 7.90 VAT included for orders up to 59.90 euros . From 59.91 euros onwards shipping costs are free . The promotion is valid only for purchases in Italy .

No shipments to Europe or non-EU countries are expected.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

mysezioneAUREA guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery. The customer has the right to the replacement of damaged products upon return of the same, excluding the customer's right to compensation for any damage, even additional. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are to be considered borne by the customer. mysezioneAUREA does not provide any additional guarantee on the products other than that provided by the individual manufacturers. Except in the case of fraud or gross negligence by mysezioneAUREA, it is agreed that the liability of mysezioneAUREA cannot exceed the price of the products purchased by the customer that are the subject of the dispute.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to mysezioneAUREA c/o TATI SRL, VAT number 08168520727 with registered office in Noicattaro (BA) CAP 70016 in Via Vito Vittorio Lenoci snc, within the terms established by law. The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to customized or loose products. The refund will be made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which mysezioneAUREA is informed, with the methods indicated above, of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer. The Customer is required to send the returned Products to the mysezioneAUREA address within 30 (thirty) working days from exercising the right of withdrawal, with traceable shipping and costs paid by the Customer.
